Booking on this website

You book in our booking system. Before you confirm, it shows your room, meal plan and price, and the payment and cancellation terms of your rate. Those terms are part of your booking, and we send your confirmation by email.

Booking by phone, WhatsApp or email

Deposit

One night, by bank transfer; three nights for stays over 10 nights. Send us the transfer receipt on WhatsApp.

Confirmation

We confirm your booking once the deposit has arrived.

The rest

Paid at the resort.

Cancellation

Free up to 48 hours before arrival. After that, the full amount paid is charged.

Changes

New dates depend on availability and on the price for those dates.

Bookings on other sites

Bookings on Booking.com, Expedia, Trip.com or Agoda follow the payment and cancellation terms of the rate you chose there.

Your price

Your price covers the room and the meal plan you booked. The à la carte menu, transfers, excursions, the limousine, laundry, day use, and early check-in or late check-out are paid separately.

Paying at the resort

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and InstaPay, or cash in Egyptian pounds, US dollars, euros or pounds sterling.

Arrival and departure

Check-in

From 14:00. Reception is open 24 hours.

Check-out

Until 12:00.

Early or late

Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability and cost extra.

Guests

Documents

An ID card or passport for every guest. Egyptian couples are asked for their marriage certificate.

Age

No minimum age to check in. Guests under 18 stay with a parent or legal guardian.

Children

In your room, the first child under 12 stays free. A second child stays free under 6, and pays half the adult rate from 6 to 11. From 12 years, the adult rate.

Room for children

Up to 2 children in a single, double or triple room. A family suite takes a third child under 6.

Beds

Extra beds are not available. Baby cots are free on request, subject to availability.

Groups

Welcome. Our sales team arranges group bookings: sales@eliteseasky.com.

House rules

Pets

Not allowed.

Smoking

Smoking and non-smoking rooms are available; ask when you book.

Quiet hours

From 23:00 to 07:00.

Parties

Private parties and events are not allowed.

Pool & beach wear

Burkini is welcome at the pools and on the beach.

Your room

No damage deposit. We check the room with you at check-in and at check-out.

Photos and descriptions

Photos show the resort and its rooms as they are. Furniture and decoration can vary a little from room to room, and your view depends on the view type you book.

The law

These terms follow the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
