Who we are

Elite Sea Sky Beach Resort, Village Road, south of Magawish, Hurghada, Red Sea, Egypt, managed by Elite Infinity States.

What we collect

• When you write to us, on this website, by email, on WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram, or by phone: your name, email, phone number and your message.
• When you book: the names of the guests, your dates, room, view and meal plan, the number of adults and the ages of children, your contact details and any requests.
• When you book on this website, your card details go straight into our booking system, provided by STAAH, to guarantee your booking. They are never typed into our own web pages.
• At check-in: the ID card or passport of every guest, and the marriage certificate of Egyptian couples, to register your stay.
• For everyone’s safety, cameras (CCTV) record the public areas of the resort.
• When you visit this website: the technical details your browser sends, and small files (cookies) the site needs to work. The booking system uses its own cookies while you book.

Why we use them

• To answer your questions, requests and complaints.
• To arrange, confirm and change your booking, and to take your deposit and payments.
• To register your stay and keep everyone safe.
• To keep our accounts and meet our legal duties.

We send you offers only if you ask us to, and we never sell your details.

Who sees them

• Our reservations, sales, reception and management teams, only as far as their work needs.
• Companies that run services for us: our booking system (STAAH), our website and email host (Hostinger), and Meta (WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram) when you write to us there. Some of them keep data on servers outside Egypt.
• Your bank and ours, for card payments and bank transfers.
• The authorities, when the law requires it.

Messages on WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram

The first replies may come from an automated assistant that answers common questions and notes your booking request. Our reservations team confirms every booking, and takes over for payments, complaints and special requests.

Your card

We never ask for your card number on WhatsApp or by email. Deposits for bookings by phone or WhatsApp are paid by bank transfer.

How long we keep them

• Messages: as long as we need to answer you and follow up.
• Bookings and stay registrations: as long as the law requires, for example for our accounts.
• Camera recordings: for a short time, then they are recorded over.

Your rights

You can ask us what details we keep about you, and ask us to correct them, delete them or stop using them, unless the law asks us to keep them. You can also withdraw a consent you gave. Write to reservation@eliteseasky.com; we may ask you to confirm who you are.

In Egypt, personal data is protected by the Personal Data Protection Law, No. 151 of 2020, overseen by the Personal Data Protection Center.

Children

We ask for children’s ages only to apply our children’s policy and the number of guests a room takes.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
